Took my 2023 nissan rogue in to have the egr cooler replaced. The secretary told me her husband owns the shop and can fix anything. He quoted me $1300 and some change. I said cool go ahead and do it. Well, turns out I shouldnt have done that. Shoulda just took it to nissan. Not only did he not fix my car, he gave it back to me pouring water out the exhaust which it was not doing before. He said he couldn't fix it and still charged me full price. Took it to nissan dealer. Another 1300 to fix. They told me he took things off that shouldnt have been messed with. I called c and j auto and he said bring it back and I'll fix it for free...um you didnt fix it the first time. Why would I take it back? 🤔 They never offered a refund or anything. I haven't said anything before now because I was focusing on my move to illinois. Now that I'm here I can resume this issue and hopefully c and j will refund me my money. I do not recommend. STAY AWAY, DO NOT GO HERE. DEATH TO ALL VEHICLES THAT GO HERE. Hope this review will save you from a headache. Thank you for reading. And no, this is not made up.

Told me and my daughter that it could take 2 hours to get the tires due to the place being at a far away store. They came back to me and said they went with a place that can get the tires in 30. Before I knew it the tires was on and time to pay. For 2 tires $285 which is not bad and I paid for her alignment

I was a little skeptical at first, but the people are very understanding, efficient, and know their stuff! So I told my Daughter about the and she also went to them for her car care and was very happy with the service. Just give them a try, you will like them and soon trust them wit your vehicle! Oh, and they DO NOT try to get to do anymore than wat you ask for, unless you ask.

I must say my first experience was an awesome experience. I have driven past this place so many times and didn't realize it was there. Unfortunately, I had a slow leak, so I search for a location near me and found C & J. I was hoping for a simple tire plug with a quick in and out visit. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I needed a new tire. Long story short the the business was clean and welcoming. The staff was courteous and super nice. They went beyond measure to accommodate me within reason, and it was much appreciated considering all I had going on. The prices are reasonable in comparison to competitors, I will be returning soon. So if you are in need of the services they provide, I recommend checking them out.

i reached out initially to get a quote for an alignment. i was quoted by james $128 after taxes. he was super friendly and helpful and promised my car be done no later than end of day. they don't do appointments, only walk ins. i came in on a thursday afternoon and was in and out within an hour. the lady at the front was super friendly and helpful. they also offer free coffee and drinks for $1. they do offer military discounts on oil changes and other services, but not alignments. i was super happy with the service provided, the professionalism of the staff, and pricing. would definitely come again in the future.
